       I have been working in the building materials industry for over 20 years, with experience in; estimating, quoting, and selling building materials at all levels of the industry -  Residential, Commercial, Industrial, Retail sales, Contractor sales, Wholesale Product Management, and Manufacturer Representation. 

      Over the years I have learned that; a good project budget always starts with a accurate building materials list. And, unless you are an experienced contractor or know how to read and understand blueprints; you will need to rely on someone else to create these lists for you.
